The victory kept the reigning premier within striking distance of Burrumbuttock with five rounds remaining.
Set 161, Rand chased down the runs with Will Swift (47), Brayden Lieschke (35), Brayden Ralston (29 not out) and Mark Kreutzberger (28) leading the way.
The Pigeons finished at 7-214 off 35 overs.
Earlier, Brocklesby put a competitive score on the board through the efforts of Jordan Schilg (36) and Matt Kelly (33).
Kreutzberger said it was a strong team effort.
“We had a lot of players chip in,” he said.
“We didn’t rely on one or two.”
Burrumbuttock proved too strong for Walla.
The Hoppers made 9/141 thanks to a fine 71 from Chris Hutchinson but the Swans were equal to the task.
