A contingent rolled into the city on Sunday and attended their Kendall Street clubhouse.
Specialist Victorian officers from the anti-bikie Echo Taskforce are monitoring the gang with members of the Operations Response Unit and local officers.
Federal police and officers from South Australia and Western Australia are also watching the group.
The Jokers are likely to leave Wodonga on Monday and run through Bright, Omeo and Orbost and return to Wodonga on Friday.
A police spokeswoman said action would be taken if they detected offences.
