Overseas musicians include Irish Mythen, Martha Tilston, Erynn Marshall and Carl Jones, Les Poules a Colin and Tennyson King and Fromsiere Hockings.
Australian acts set to feature will be former Goanna frontman Shane Howard, the Davidson Brothers, Gallie and Tinpan Orange from Melbourne.
This year will also see the return of the bush dance, with talented Border musicians to encourage revelers onto the floor.
Children and teenagers will be catered for with art activities and an alcohol-free venue in a new location.
The courthouse also returns to the host roster this year following extensive renovations in 2016.
