The Olympian gave birth to son Harry Gray at Wodonga hospital last Thursday.
Jackson’s brother Ross, a former Albury councillor, was thrilled to meet his first nephew.
“He’s a small baby, but he’s got an arm span on him,” Mr Jackson said.
Jackson’s mother Maree said she was delighted to have another grandchild to join her son’s children.
“We’re over the moon,” Mrs Jackson said.
“We’ve got three beautiful grandchildren and couldn’t be happier.”
Mrs Jackson declined to answer specific questions about Harry, referring The Border Mail to her daughter’s management company.
A representative did not respond to a message left.
Jackson told of her joy through a Facebook post.
“He is healthy and the most perfect little creature I have ever seen,” she wrote.
“Safe to say I have never been more in love or happier in my life.”
