Gooramadda Olives will soon launch its Frock – A Dress For A Salad range.
The shake-and-pour bottles of flavoured oils comprised Hot, Exotic, Little Black, Beach and Vintage.
Co-owner Melanie Whyte said time-poor cooks could create a gourmet meal with the range.
“Little Black is balsamic and extra virgin olive with seasonings,” she said.
A collaboration with neighbour John Gehrig Wines, the Vintage Frock product used verjuice.
Co-owner Rob Whyte said they also teamed with Morris Wines for a new olive oil and orange muscat ice cream.
