Administrator Chris Chamberlain confirmed the club completed the final payment of its deed of company arrangement before December 31 last year.
Mr Chamberlain said the final outstanding payment of $160,000 was made well before the deadline and hoped the club could have a prosperous future.
"It is all systems go from my end," he said.
"Everyone has received their final dividend and it's a case of happy days hopefully going forward for North Albury.
"There was no issue with them complying with their remaining obligations."
Attention turns to the annual meeting to be held on February 28.
Fourteen nominations for the nine-member board were received before the deadline late on Monday ensuring an election for spots will take place.
Existing directors seeking re-election include long-serving president Rob Williams, Dean Luhrs, Peter Holman, Carol McIndoe, Tony Muus and Frank Guivarra.
Other nominations include North Albury Football-Netball Club identity Brian Crichton, Ray Nichols, Michael Rooney, Jason Dixon, Brenda Walters and Steve Martini.
Former board member Allen "Salty" Ross is also seeking a return along with Noel Kirk, who is the father of former North Albury and Sydney Swans star Brett.
Stuart Millar, who stood down from the board recently, hasn't sought re-election.
The successful directors voted into office next week will then elect a president and other senior board roles.
The timing of the annual meeting is a break with tradition compared to previous years.
North Albury Sports Club went into voluntary administration mid-way through 2014 with debts of about $900,000 before a rescue deal was crunched by Mr Chamberlain.
A new constitution was drafted in 2015 following the separation of the football-netball and bowls clubs even though they remained based at Bunton Park.
