Police were the target of Jason Brian Burgess’ anger last October.
He had been drinking at the Amaroo Hotel in Dubbo when he was ordered to leave due to being heavily drunk.
Rather than leave quietly, he stayed in the main entry to the hotel, before ripping his shirt off and approaching security guards with clenched fists and his chest extended.
The Albury man – who is also listed as living at Young – became combative with officers and yelled “I will f---ing end you c---s” and “I will f---ing smash you”.
Burgess tried to grab police and took a swing at an officer, narrowly missing them, before being taken to the ground and handcuffed as he tried to wriggle free.
He urinated in the police dock.
Albury Magistrate Michael Crompton recently ordered he be discharged in a psychiatrist's care and undergo a year of alcohol treatment.
