A collaboration between UnitingCare Wodonga and Wodonga TAFE, the socially responsible restaurant will operate under the guidance of chef Shane Archer.
UnitingCare Wodonga agency manager Naomi Jansen said the One Dish Restaurant would be the first of three this school term.
“One Dish has no set prices and anyone is welcome to join us for a meal,” she said.
Friday’s dish will be chicken parmigiana with hand-cut chips and a garden salad.
The One Dish Restaurant at UnitingCare, 177 Beechworth Road, will operate from noon until 1.30pm.
