Launched on Tuesday at the Tallangatta Library, The Towers of Zordran explores a dark, ancient world alongside a sleepy, small country town.
The fast-paced adventure slips from the present to a mysterious past with plenty of twists.
Trevaskis said he started toying with the time slip concept about a decade ago.
“Its target audience is teenagers and young adults but even adults have enjoyed it,” he said.
Trevaskis is working on Zordran’s Ring, the next book in the series, and an adult novel set in Beechworth.
The Towers of Zordran (249 pages) is available from amazon.com.au as an ebook for $6.50 or from amazon.com as a print-on-demand title for $9.99.
