As part of Wodonga Council’s consultation for the Council Plan, more than 300 children across council-operated preschools illustrated the Wodonga they would like to live in.
Mitchell Smith, 4, drew a Baranduda pool, comprising rails to help people.
“It’s both heart-warming and encouraging to see that even our youngest community members are considering the accessibility of others in their ideas,” Wodonga Mayor Cr Anna Speedie said.
The children’s ideas and community submissions will inform the council’s priorities for the next four years.
Artwork will be on display at a forum on March 26-27, which ends The Wodonga We All Want to Live In process.
