A 25-year-old Corowa man was questioned at the weekend after an incident on March 6.
He allegedly ran the woman off the road at Rutherglen before following her in his vehicle and abusing her.
He is accused of following her around town in the car and doing several laps past her after she stopped.
He will face Wodonga Magistrates Court in June.
