Both sale top bulls will stay in the region.
Lot 4 L259, a 21-month-old Lawsons Novak bull, went to Kensal Green Beef, Bungowannah, while lot 6 L263, 19-months by Millah Murrah Equator D78, was purchased by John Payne, Mulwala and Myrtleford.
“There were lots of repeat buyers and three or four new customers to Jarobee which pushed the sale along,” Elders Albury sales manager Brett Shea said.
“It was a really good result for Jarobee and testament to the manager Greg who’s done a wonderful job with the bulls.
“They were extremely quiet and very well received by those inspecting them.”
Jarobee cleared 37 of 39 bulls offered for a sale average of $4473, with active North East volume buyers helping push the average up.
