The Swampies won the opening four sets and were never headed in their 9-78 to 7-69 victory.
It was the club’s third successive premiership.
Matt Klemke and Mark Wettern defeated Ben Newton and Andrew McIntosh 6-2 in the opening set before Adam Klemke and Cameron Male followed up with a 6-3 win over John O’Neill and Sean Stutchberry.
Henty’s powerful women’s combination of Megan Eulenstein, Zoe Evans, Sally Guise and Sharni Smith then won the next two sets 6-1 6-3 to give the reigning premier a 15-game lead after four sets.
Table Top refused to go away however and cut the deficit to five games with two sets remaining in the mixed.
But a 6-0 by Matt Klemke and Eulenstein steadied the ship and saw Henty walk away with another title.
“It got really tight towards the end,” Klemke said.
“Thankfully our start gave us a bit of breathing space and we were able to hold on.
“It was a really good day for Henty with four sides making the grand finals.
“We are lucky to have a lot of juniors coming through with our two section six sides playing off in the grand final.”
Eulenstein, Evans, Matt Klemke and Male have played in Henty’s three premierships.
Gerogery West edged out Howlong by seven games in section two.
Although Gerogery West finished outside the top two after the home and away series, they timed their run superbly to edge out the minor premier.
Burrumbuttock defeated Henty by a game in section three.
The Swans had three sisters – Kylie Vandeventer, Shelley Schilg and Lisa Burns – in their line-up.
Walbundrie accounted for Burrumbuttock by 16 games in section four and Table Top edged out Howlong by two games in section five.
In section 6A, Henty Red ousted clubmates Henty White by the narrowest of margins and Brocklesby took the points against Howlong in 6B.
Another good crowd turned out for the grand finals with the Albury Tennis Association to start its semi-finals this weekend.
