The event involves the motorcycle club raising cash for Albury Legacy which helps the families of deceased defence force personnel.
Over the past 20 runs it has generated $109,553 and Party Unlimited’s Craig Hastings hopes a similar tally to last year’s $9356 will be realised on Tuesday.
“It all depends upon the weather, but we’re hoping for 240 odd bikes on the day and hopefully we can sustain that amount,” Mr Hastings said.
Albury Legacy branch president Fred Baum said the money derived from the ride went into the organisation’s junior welfare fund for widows and children.
“It’s marvellous, we really appreciate it,” Mr Baum said.
Among an array of living costs covered by the junior welfare fund are school fees, utility bills and housing expenses.
Participants in the poker run are asked to gather at Noreuil Park from 10am on Anzac Day with the 250-kilometre ride to start at 11am.
The $30 cost covers a stubby holder and Legacy pin.
Mr Hastings said riders from as far away as Melbourne and Wagga join in the cruise with the route unveiled on the morning.
