The Border Mail was lakeside this afternoon at Gateway Lakes in Wodonga capturing the final day of the five day Australian Dragon Boating Championships. Over 2,500 paddlers participated in the carnival and with family and supporters, well over 3,000 people have converged on the city of Albury-Wodonga.

Organisers have praised Wodonga Council and the wider support and sponsorship of the Albury-Wodonga community. The carnival wraps up tonight when paddlers move to the after-party at The Cube where the Flying Fruit Fly Circus will be performing.
