Following a special mass to Saint Anthony of Padua in the town piazza on May 20, the Wine and Food Festa will offer traditional Italian dishes and a tasty range of street food.
Savoy Soccer Club will prepare homemade continental sausages and arancini while Chestnuts Australia will serve freshly-roasted chestnuts. For something sweet, the Vicentini stand will offer crostoli – fried pastries.
All dishes can be matched with wine from nine Alpine Valley Vigneron wineries.
On May 21 Trentino Circolo Club will serve polenta, spezzatino, salsice and sauerkraut as part of Tastes of Trentino. Michelini Wines will offer chestnuts, doughnuts and mulled wine.
Comedia dell’arte will set the scene and prepare the crowd for a new-look Living Chess Match performance.
Myrtleford's LaFiera Italian Festival will be launched at Michelini Wines with a dinner on May 16 from 6pm to 10pm.
