After trailing by seven points inside the final two minutes, the home side clawed its way back into the contest.
Point guard Steph Gorman missed a free throw to tie the game in the dying seconds, but ultimately the side hit just 25 field goals from 83 attempts.
Coach Jim Wilson admitted the players will be taking plenty of shots at training during the week.
“We were a bit disappointed we lost, the tale of the game was our overall shooting percentage,” Wilson said.
“We were only shooting at about 30 per cent.
“Although Steph missed the foul shot, we had other easy shots that we missed early in the game that probably cost us more than that shot.”
Gorman led the Lady Bandits’ scoring with 20 points, including five three-pointers.
