Springdale Heights woman Tammie Parnaby was given the chance to head off to the Calvary Riverina Drug and Alcohol Centre at Wagga for treatment last month.
She was due to reappear in Albury Local Court earlier this week, and an arrest warrant was issued when she failed to attend.
It’s alleged the 34-year-old took part in the meth syndicate for several months late last year and early this year.
Magistrate Tony Murray said during last month's court hearing the group had reaped $25,000 in profits.
He ordered her to attend and remain at the rehab centre, obey all rules, report to police and not enter the Albury region as part of her bail conditions.
Mr Murray had expressed concerns about the “woefully inadequate” amount of $1000 offered as a surety given the alleged profits made through the drug trade.
Parnaby’s co-accused, Benjamin Paul Heather, allegedly supplied methamphetamine in deals up to half a kilogram.
He was arrested at his home in Parkland Drive, Lavington, on February 14, and Parnaby was nabbed the following day.
Police allegedly found crystal meth, cannabis, firearm parts and more than $7000 in Heather’s home.
Parnaby is facing eight drug-related charges, including ongoing ice supply in Lavington between mid-November and mid-December.
It's alleged she supplied methamphetamine at Lavington as recently as a week before her arrest.
Other deals are alleged to have taken place in Springdale Heights.
Heather, 31, fronted the Albury Local Court earlier this week and will return on June 26.
