Award-winning chef Matt Dempsey (Conlan’s Wine Store) returns to his home turf and during the festival he will deliver two in-depth sessions; a deluxe three-hour wine tasting class featuring iconic bottles from France and Australia, and a cooking workshop focusing on slow cooked roasts, where participants are the apprentices.
