Star import Toccara Ross believes so.
After a stirring win against the Canberra Capitals Academy before the Queen's Birthday break, Ross said confidence and chemistry was key for the young Lady Bandits squad.
“It's great that (Adijat Adams) and I have that experience, but the kids have stepped up as well – Steph Gorman, Montana Farrah-Seaton, they’ve all been stepping up,” she said.
“Our chemistry has been a lot better, the first half of the season is over, we've worked out some kinks and hopefully we'll be able to use that energy going forward.”
The chemistry will be put to the test against the Melbourne Tigers on Saturday night, but it's a challenge rose believes the Lady Bandits are up to.
The Lady Bandits will tip-off at 6pm, with the Bandits taking on the Andrew Gaze-coached Tigers from 8pm.
