Despite going into the clash without Justin Koschitzke and Luke Schilg, the Saints were untouchable after conceding the opening three goals of the match.
The victory provided Kade Stevens’ side with another shot of confidence as they step up the fight with Osborne and Jindera for a top-two finish.
With Koschitzke absent from the goal-square, it was Brock-Burrum’s small forwards who did the damage.
Tyson Bradsworth, Daniel Hitchins and Ron Boulton kicked 12 of the visitors’ 18 goals with many coming on the back of big-men Jarod Koschitzke and Aidan Johnson’s dominance further afield.
Holbrook, who went into the clash following four straight wins, came out blazing in front of a big crowd but were unable to keep the momentum going.
Andrew Mackinlay continued his strong season with four majors while Josh Jones, Jacob Curran and David Tassell were also serviceable.
Holbrook president David Morton said between 300 and 400 people attended the club’s celebrations at the sportsground on Saturday night.
“It went well,” Morton said.
“We had people coming back from places like New Zealand, Perth, Queensland and Armidale.”
Former Holbrook president and premiership player Stephen Bunyan was awarded a life membership at the function.
Murray Magpies produced a major form reversal to defeat Henty by 10 points at Henty.
After dropping back-to-back games to Culcairn and Holbrook, the Magpies conquered one of the toughest challenges in the competition by leading from start to finish.
Brothers Daniel and Josh Maher set the tone while Will McGrath continued his strong form in attack with four majors and Matt Thorneycroft slotted three.
CDHBU held off a fast-finishing Billabong Crows by nine points at Urana.
The Power led by more than five goals early and did just enough through Andrew Ollington, Andrew Phibbs and Tim Cooper to hold on.
Michael O'Riordan and Mick Hamilton were best for the home team.
Jindera hammered Culcairn by 93 points.
With their fleet of running players on fire after quarter-time, the Bulldogs dominated through the efforts of Sam Crawshaw, Sam Myors, Zac Stuart and Julian Hayes.
Tim Haines rallied hard against the odds for the Lions.
Osborne brought down rivals Lockhart by 53 points.
