Wilson shapes as a valuable inclusion for the winless Upper Murray club as it looks to break its drought against Federal at Corryong on Saturday.
“It will be good to have him playing,” co-coach Mason Tait said.
“Hopefully he will play the second-half of the season with us.
“He’s experienced and wanted to come back to his home club.”
Wilson, who played for Jindera last season, is set to help the likes of talented youngster Jock Rixon.
Tait said Tumbarumba had made inroads despite a 0-8 start to the season.
“There has been heaps of improvement,” Tait said.
“The young blokes are coming on and the club is working pretty hard.”
Cudgewa will battle to counter Bullioh at Cudgewa.
Border-Walwa will look for a solid showing against Corryong at Walwa.
