The vehicle, which has been fitted for ski patrol purposes and will be used during ski season, cost $120,000 and was partially funded by a Victorian government grant.
“The new ambulance means a better, more reliable vehicle to transport our passengers,” ski patroller David Wilson said.
“It will be more economic to look after and much easier for patient transport due to more room and greater accessibility.”
