Gooramadda Olives will host its inaugural VIP Olive Oil Tasting and Reveal on Saturday.
Gooramadda Olives co-owner Rob Whyte said guests would join a tasting masterclass and learn about the latest harvest.
“We think it’s pretty special,” he said.
“The trees were late-ripening and our yields were down but on the flipside it’s produced really exceptional oils.”
Mr Whyte said they produced seven different varieties of olive oil on their grove.
He said their award-winning Hardys Mammoth Extra Virgin Olive Oil was separated into top and lower paddock batches for the first time this year.
“They’ve yielded two very different varieties of oil,” he said.
All guests will go home with a bottle of 2017 Hardys Mammoth Olive Oil.
