Wiscombe and Young’s Thomas Jenkins made the line-up after some impressive performances for the Bidgee Bulls.
They are the only two Group 9 players in the side.
NSW Country Rugby League’s under-16s will tour New Zealand for nine days, playing two matches in the South Island.
The 16-year-old hooker is one of several exciting prospects, including his brother Liam, coming through the ranks at Greenfield Park.
Bronson Meehan has played Bidgee Bulls and is presently in Albury Thunder’s first grade.
He could cement at fullback with Shannon Rupapere and Mac Daly going down with serious injuries.
Coached by Gary Jones, the NSW Country Rugby League side has seven East Coast Dolphins players in the 18-member squad.
