The business was targeted on Tuesday by thieves covered in hoodies and wearing gloves. 

They fled with jewellery and were arrested on Thursday morning. 

Detective Sergeant Marcus Boyd said a 27-year-old woman and 34-year-old male, both from the northern suburbs of Melbourne, had been charged with burglary and theft. 

The thefts were “substantial”, he said.
