Albury and Riverina Greens will host the festival that will see three films tour "live issues affecting local communities,” Greens MP David Shoebridge said.
"These are engaging and entertaining films that will capture the audience, but they will also tell compelling stories," Greens MP David Shoebridge said.
"Whether it's the urgency of climate change, an obligation to work towards justice for our first peoples or simply finding out more about a tragic story in a divided regional area.
"We hope that these films will challnge and educate audiences on the seriousness of climate change, Aboriginal justice and a devastating politically charged Murder," Cr Shoebridge said.
The festival will tour over three nights from July 19th. Climate change will be the theme in Narrendera at the Ex-Servicemen’s Club. Wagga will focus on social injustice Indigenous Australians face at the Commercial Club, and Albury will showcase a story on the plight of a divided rural communityat the Sustainable Activity Centre.
