Despite NSW/ACT going down to Victoria Country by 27 points on Wednesday, the skipper racked up 37 possessions in the midfield.
Her kicking skills were a feature with the talented Billabong High School student clearing the ball from defence under pressure on many occasions.
Wodonga Raider Iilish Ross was named in Victoria Country’s best players and will also be pressing for national selection.
Parker picked up 20 touches against the Allies earlier in the week.
The talented swimmer and netballer has already made three All-Australian teams and took part in the first Women’s AFL Academy at the AIS in Canberra late last year.
Thirty-three of Australia’s best youngsters were coached and mentored by AFL Women’s stars such as Western Bulldogs’ Katie Brennan and Aasta O’Connor, as well as former Brisbane Lions premiership player and AFL Academy national head coach, Luke Power.
The All-Australian squad will be announced on Friday, with the final team to be selected at a later date.
In Friday’s final round of matches, Vic Metro play NSW/ACT at 10am, Vic Country faces Western Australia at 11.40am, and the Allies play Queensland at 1.30pm.
