Cobram police said the Mitsubishi Lancer driven by the Melbourne woman, 25, and a Toyota HiLux utility collided at the intersection of Cobram South Road and Murray Valley Highway about 8.45am.
The Lancer, which had failed to give way, ended up on its roof in a channel, police said. Both cars were damaged but the other driver was not injured. Investigations are continuing.
