Samuel James McLoughlan had been avoiding police in the Berrigan and Barooga region between March 5 and April 4 before the car chase.
He had been staying at the Berrigan Hotel but fled before officers could arrest him.
The 37-year-old recently appeared in Albury Local Court, and Magistrate Tony Murray said he was definitely going to jail.
McLoughlan sped off from police in a white Holden Statesman on the Newell Highway at Jerilderie on April 4 after a Triple-0 call.
He travelled at 175km/h as he tried to avoid arrest.
Officers used road spikes to deflate his tyres at Morundah and he fled on foot after the car came to a stop, but was tackled and handcuffed.
He will be sentenced on August 31.
