St Patrick’s Parish School Albury is seeking recipes from Border chefs and eateries to feature in St Patrick’s Cookbook, a professionally-published project.
Project co-organiser Chelsea Frazer said the fundraising venture wanted to encourage healthy eating and share family recipes.
“We hope it brings families together around the table,” she said.
Border businesses are asked to submit their recipe by September 4.
St Patrick’s Cookbook can be ordered through the school office or bought at the school’s twilight fete on November 10.
