Doulton Langlands, Alex Paech, Jy Lane and Daniel Johnston will test in the NSW combine on October 6 while Laitham Vandermeer and Tom Boyd have been nominated for Victoria.
The state combine selection requires a minimum of two AFL clubs to express interest in a player.
Ben Paton, Jordan Butts, Harry Jones and Charlie Spargo have already been invited to test at the AFL combine from October 3 to 6.
That means a minimum of five clubs have expressed interest in them.
The combine tests a range of skills including standing vertical leap, running vertical leap, 20 metre sprint, agility testing, 6 x 30m repeat sprint, the 20 metre shuttle run or beep test.
Cobram’s Esava Ratugolea posted a 76cm in the standing vertical jump in 2016 while Albury’s Lachie Tiziani reached 97cm in the running vertical leap.
