A WOMAN who slashed the heads and arms off four police Constable T Bears, before dumping them at the Wodonga station, has made a bizarre appearance in court.

Littlii Pandera has a tattoo on her face and dozens of piercings, and was yelling before her matter in the Wodonga Magistrates Court had even started.
The Wodonga woman faced a charge of littering after emptying two plastic bags containing the chopped-up toy officers last December.
Pandera claimed the incident was sparked by years of provocation by the police, which had once included spending eight hours in a holding cell.
She claimed a water tap had been broken during her stay, which had forced her to drink out of a toilet at the station.
“I just love drinking out of the toilet,” she said sarcastically as school students in court tried to control their laughter.
Pandera had fled the station after dumping the bears about 10pm on December 5, and was fined $311 in court this week.
