A SYDNEY man who allegedly left a threatening note on board an Albury-bound plane will fight the charges.

Mitchell Cameron Moy, 30, faces a Commonwealth charge of making a false statement about a threat to damage an aircraft.
He fronted Albury Local Court on Friday and has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The matter will return to court on September 29.
The note forced the evacuation of the plane while it was on the tarmac.
Passengers were told by cabin crew to get out and run as soon as the plane touched down.
Moy was arrested on the tarmac and was led away by police officers.
He has made several appearances in court, but some charges have been dropped, leaving him with the single Commonwealth charge under an aviation act.
It's alleged the note was left on the 68-seater turboprop aircraft between 9.20am and 9.45am.
