Emergency services were called to Cross Street, near Walla Walla Road, about 10.10am on Monday.
The truck rolled onto its side and the driver managed to free himself from the vehicle.
He did not receive any injuries from the incident.
The truck was carrying sheep, which escaped from the vehicle and had to be rounded up.
Diesel fuel also spilled from the truck.
Firefighters attended the scene amid concern about the potential risk of fire.
It was unclear what caused the vehicle to tip over.
A NSW Ambulance spokeswoman said a call had come through for a 50-year-old male needing medical assistance.
Paramedics were turned around before an ambulance arrived.
