Incredibly, the 17-year-old played her 250th game on Sunday and becomes the first person at the club to reach the mark.
Lumby first started playing for CR United when Rutherglen and Corowa decided to amalgamate their senior teams in 2010.
She was only 10 at the time and was immediately playing in the club’s division three women's team.
Lumby has since appeared in all of United’s junior and senior teams and is currently a permanent member of the division one women's side.
She regularly played multiple games every round, especially as a junior, averaging 35 games per season over the last seven years.
Although still in the early stages of her career, Lumby has been regarded by the club as a fantastic role model for United's juniors as a player, coach and now a ‘veteran’ of the sport.
CR United president Jemma Lumby said despite the club only being in its early stages, it’s great to be able to recognise the achievements of its up and coming players.
“We’ve had a couple of other players reach the 200-game mark this year who play juniors and seniors,” she said.
“If she stays with us, she’s on track to keep setting more records, which is the same for all the other young kids.”
