Wahgunyah restaurant Pickled Sisters will offer an Oranges and Lemons Cooking Class in the coming weeks.
Pickled Sisters head chef Stewart Gilchrist will guide participants through a class celebrating the humble citrus.
Some of the items on the menu include lemon curd, citrus tart, preserved lemon and marmalade.
The class will be held at Pickled Sisters on September 15 from 10am until 3pm.
The hands-on workshop will be followed by a leisurely lunch with matching Cofield Wines and hosted by Cofield Wines winemaker Damien Cofield.
Pickled Sisters will also offer two other workshops this spring.
Celebrate the Season – Spring Cooking Class will be held on October 13 and a Something Fishy Cooking Class runs on November 24.
