Minor flood warnings have been issued across the North East in preparation for another rain event, with up to 50 millimetres predicted to fall on Thursday.

Water levels were expected to rise at the Murray River upstream of Lake Hume, Kiewa River, Ovens River between Eurobin and Wangaratta and the King River.
It comes after huge rainfall totals in previous days, including 104mm at Mount Buffalo in just the 24 hours to 3pm Wednesday.
