The unknown woman was one of five division one winners on April 29, each winning $792,331.85.
NSW Lotteries said the ticket was bought from Nextra Sturt Mall but was unregistered and unclaimed for four months.
The woman has been on holidays with the unchecked winning ticket in her purse the whole time.
She said she was not a regular Lotto player.
