The Wanderers must beat the struggling St Pats and hope Albury Hotspurs lose or draw to Melrose to finish the season in the top-eight.
Hasler was sent off for allegedly making contact with an official in the first half of Wanderers’ 1-1 draw against Wangaratta on Sunday – meaning he will automatically miss one-match.
It is yet to be determined how many further matches Hasler will be suspended for.
Twin City will also be without Josh Zito for a week, who accumulated his fifth yellow card.
Incredibly, Twin City has used 34 players in the senior side this season, including 18 debutants, nine of which have been under 17, thanks to its lengthy injury list.
Wanderers’ president Harry Wilhelm said last weekend’s result proved they can match it with the top sides if they can sneak in.
