AWAKEN to spring with a series of new foodie experiences on our doorstep.

The High Country will launch almost a dozen offerings over the coming months.

Farm Connection: Journey to Wellbeing will combine farm experiences with yoga on an organic nut farm in the Wandiligong Valley near Bright on September 9.

Wandiful Produce operator Megan Hughes will team with Emily Rose Yoga to offer a half- or full-day immersion in yoga, guided meditations and farm-based experiences such as planting, foraging, harvesting, bushwalking, cooking and feasting on farm-to-table produce.

Ms Hughes said the partnership hoped to inspire in people a connection between nature and their health.

“People also feel a great connection with each other,” she said.

Participants can share the journey with a friend or meet new people.

The program runs 10am to 4pm.

Bookings essential by September 4 via emilyroseyoga.com.
