The Demons last tasted the ultimate success in 2005, losing grand finals to Federal (2006), Bullioh (2008), Cudgewa (2014) and Federal (2016) since.
Coach Evan Nicholas said it had been a long wait.
“We’ve lost a few so hopefully it’s our turn,” Nicholas said.
“Our preparation has been relatively relaxed.
“Everyone is fit and looking forward to playing a really good side in Bullioh.”
Corryong will regain talented midfielder David Low while Jamie McCarthy is also pressing for selection.
“We probably have four guys going for one spot,” Nicholas said.
“It’s going to be hard at the selection table.”
The Bulldogs last saluted in 2011 and will pin their hopes of midfielders Hamish Clark and Jake Fisher-Curnow.
The grand finalists have split the honours in head-to-head battles this season.
