Licence is suspended once again after reading from night before

A DRIVER has been told he has racked up enough alcohol offences for one lifetime.

Brent McFarlane, 39, lost his licence for the third time in Wodonga Magistrates Court this week.

He had returned a reading of 0.072 on May 21.

Magistrate Peter Mithen was told the reading had been from the previous night.

“Three in 20 years is enough for anyone's lifetime,” he said.

McFarlane's licence was suspended for 14 months with a $600 fine.
