Lekeal Quality Custom Home Builders won Northern Victoria’s home of the year award at the presentation night in Albury.

North East companies About Bright Builders, Simonds, R and R Quality Homes, Flair Cabinets and Davis Sanders Homes also achieved success across the various categories.

HIA Victorian executive director Fiona Nield congratulated the Lekeal team for the winning house.

“This amazing and unique home embraces a luxury feel with spacious elegant finishes,” she said.

“All winners and finalists should be proud to have reached the heights of building standards demonstrated in these quality homes.”

The home of the year features spotted gum timber-lined ceiling, polished concrete flooring, a pool and a semi-underground media lounge entertainment area with a wine bar and open fireplace.
