Led by nationally-accredited level three coach Max Shepherd, there has been a massive response to this year’s clinics.
“It was a 14-week winter program and we had 83 go through that,” Shepherd said.
“We ran one in the July school holidays and had 20 to that one and we’ve got one starting next Monday which is generally a popular one because it’s right before the season.”
Budding cricketers have travelled from as far away as Gundagai to participate.
“The standard is always good, but it’s about giving the opportunity to everyone, regardless of ability,” he said.
“We’ve had a lot more girls as well this year.”
Shepherd said plenty of positions are available for the upcoming holiday clinics from September 25-27.
