Here’s their recipe for Chicken Peanut Butter Toastie:
Ingredients
Baked chicken breast
Avocado, sliced
Snow peas
Alfalfa
Crunchy peanut butter
Aioli
Milawa Bread Sourdough
Butter
Method
Using thick-cut cut Italian sourdough, butter the bottom piece of bread.
Layer with slices of avocado, baked chicken breast, snow peas, alfalfa and Gouda cheese.
Generously spread the top slice of sourdough bread with crunchy peanut butter and aioli.
Cook under a grill for five to six minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve with additional aioli dipping sauce and a side of potato crisps.
