Jesse James Clarke, 26, appeared before Wodonga Magistrates Court this week.
He left blood through several properties as he fled through streets around Chapple Street.
Police cordoned off the area in an attempt to contain him but he managed to avoid them for a few weeks.
The court heard many of the allegations against Clarke – which include drug trafficking – had been resolved.
But Clarke is fighting allegations a white Audi seized from the scene of the manhunt, which had false plates, was bought using the proceeds of crime.
The court heard Clarke would admit to trafficking five kilograms of cannabis.
Police are waiting for bank records to be made available for the proceeds of crime charge.
Clarke believes the records will assist with his case, rather than help the police case.
It could take four to six weeks for the records to be accessed.
Police had earlier alleged dried marijuana, cash, human growth hormone, false number plates, fireworks, designer handbags and mobile phones were found during a search of the property he was arrested at.
Other documents linked to the proceeds of crime were allegedly found during a search of a property at Baranduda.
Magistrate John Murphy said he was surprised it would take so long for police to access the information from the bank.
The court heard Clarke was “stuck between a rock and a hard place”. He can’t apply for bail, as he still has parole time left to serve in NSW.
Clarke has been in jail since his arrest in mid-February.
He recently appeared in court in Sunshine, where some of the issues were resolved. There have also been several procedural hearings.
He must return to the Wodonga court for a contested hearing which is expected to last one day on January 11.
He is being held in the Metropolitan Remand Centre in Melbourne.
The magistrate ordered he attend in person at his next appearance, rather than appearing via video link.
