After conceding the first three goals of the match, the Raiders gradually seized control with youngsters Hayden and Dylan Clarke and Jaxon Neagle in fine form.
Cooper Daly and Mackinley Haley-O'Neill were also instrumental in Joe Lonergan’s side answering every challenge after half-time.
“It was a sensational effort by the boys,” Lonergan said.
“We had a lot of under-18s out there and they have been great for us.
“Yarra kept at us all game and made us work really hard.
“It’s been a great season and this caps it off.”
Yarrawonga made the early running on the back of good play from veterans Richard Handreck and Tim Cooper while Bailey Frauenfelder and Isaac McMillan were also effective after being promoted from the thirds.
Former AFL player Tim Hargreaves was dangerous in attack kicking two goals but was given limited supply.
It was Lonergan’s first season of coaching in senior ranks.
