Tom crossed from Lake Albert to Lavington this season and made 40 and 17 in the Panthers’ opening round T20 matches at the weekend.
Each side must play two under-21 players with the Bullets to choose from Tom, Chris Galvin, Callum Langlands and Lachie Paton.
Selector Heath Naughton believes the Bullets have all bases covered on the selection front.
“It’s a good squad,” Naughton said.
“We bat deep, have bowling options and are sharp in the field.”
The Bullets will train on Wednesday.
The squad is: M. Armstrong, A. Popko, J. Craig, M. Crawshaw, A. Borella, J. Warren, D. Cameron, G. Daniel, N. Sariman, A. Weighell, M. Jaensch, N. Brown, C. White, J. Hatton, R. Brown, D. Tuffey, C. Galvin, C. Langlands, M. Tom, L. Paton.
