They edged out an undermanned Osborne in a thriller to come away with a five-wicket win.
The game appeared to be slipping from Henty’s reach as they required eight runs off the final over, but Braeden Pantling (12 not out) stepped up to get them over the line.
Edward Perryman made 48 opening the batting for Osborne, but lacked support as they finished at 7-101.
Bailey Martin finished with excellent figures of 2-16.
Mark White returned fire for Henty with 34 runs at the top of the order, while Stephen Zweck reached 18.
Connor Galvin’s 2-13 wasn’t enough to halt the run chase.
“We’d like to remain competitive, we’ve got a very young side and we’re keen to have them improve their cricket,” White said.
Defending premiers The Rock-Yerong Creek started in winning fashion, bowling Culcairn out for 99 before finishing at 7-110.
